Dear all faculty members and graduate students
In the second semester of academic year 2020, Graduate School offers a common course for graduate students, 950-500 Research Methodology 1-3 credit. The course is offered in English. We invite graduate students both Thai and international students (both Master and Ph.D. students) who have not attended the course of research methodology to enroll. Registration periods for graduate students is November 23 - December 6, 2020. Courses will be offered in-class (may change depending on the situation of COVID-19 pandemic). The details are as follows:
- Module 4 Statistics for Research credit: 1(0-2-1) (Statistical analysis with R program)
- Topics: Descriptive statistics; data presentation: tables and graph; Sampling distribution; sample size calculation; inferential statistics; ANOVA; Chi-square; correlation; linear regression; goodness of fit; confounding and interaction
- The course will start on Feb 3-5 and Feb 8-9, 2021 at student activity room LRC building, 10th floor Graduate School office. Attached is the schedule of the course. - Topics: Design for hypothesis testing; completely randomized design; randomized complete block design; 2n and 3n Factorial design; advanced experimental design; clinical research design
