Immigration Assistance at PSU Hat Yai Campus on 26 September 2018

Hat Yai Immigration officers will come to assist PSU foreign staff and students with immigration matters on Wednesday, 26 September 2018, from 9.30a.m.-12.00 p.m. at the Meeting Room 210, 2nd floor, President’s Office Building, PSU Hat Yai Campus. 
Services provided: one-year visa extension, re-entry permit, 90-day report, housing report, as well as advice on immigration matters.

Please note that the immigration officers will handle only a maximum of 14 visa extension requests at PSU on that date. Therefore, the online application for one-year visa extensions will be closed as soon as 14 requests have been submitted online. There is no limitation for processing the 90-day reports and re-entry permits, so, foreign students and staff can submit their application until 25 Septmeber when the online application form will be closed. Please note that we cannot guarantee the processing of visa extension for unregistered applicants.

⦁ The Form for 90-day report has been adjusted and the new document is available at: 
http://www.interaffairs.psu.ac.th/images/download/immigration/90DayForm_TM47_2018.pdf. Please download and fill in this updated form since immigration officers may not accept the previous version. 
⦁ For the one-year visa extension, there is a new form required to be submitted together with the other documents, namely, "The Acknowledgement of Penalties for a Visa Overstay" to be completed by both foreign students and staff. It can be downloaded from IAO website: 
⦁ Foreign students applying for the one-year visa extension must also submit the "Current Course Curriculum," to be requested from their faculty.
Bring all required documents and photocopies to avoid difficulties on the day!
